ULTRAPURE WATER

Ultrapure water (also UPW or high-purity water) is water that has been purified to uncommonly stringent specifications. Ultrapure water is a commonly used term in the semiconductor industry to emphasize the fact that the water is treated to the highest levels of purity for all contaminant types. Its include, organic and inorganic compounds; dissolved and particulate matter, volatile and non-volatile, reactive and inert, hydrophilic and hydrophobic, and dissolved gaseionics. The production in the electronics and semi-conductor industry is so strict that even a small water impurity can hamper the quality of its products. Thermax range of Tulsion® UPW resins make sure that even the trace amount of impurity will be removed from water for the smooth production of the circuits and other hardware.
